What is Exemestane – Aromasin ?

Firstly Exemestane, commonly known by its brand name Aromasin, is an aromatase inhibitor (AI). It was developed to treat estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer by lowering estrogen levels in the body. In bodybuilding, it is used to control estrogen during or after anabolic steroid cycles — especially those that involve compounds that aromatize (convert to estrogen), like testosterone, Dianabol, or Deca.
